Self employed network: Putting your values at the heart of your business

Join us for this interactive session looking at ensuring your values are clearly defined, openly shared, and at the heart of your business. HR & OD Consultants, Caia Slater of Partnering2Excel, and and Lucy Maxwell Scott of Maxwell Scott HR, are leading this interactive event. There will be a mixture of presentation, discussion, reflection, sharing and practical work. We will look at what are values, why they are important for any business, and how to ensure that your values are clearly articulated and give the message you want to clients and potential clients. There will also be the opportunity to do practice work on defining, or refining, or shaping how you put your values out there.
