Togetherness Parenting Course - Understanding your child

Parenting does not come with a manual, but understanding your child can make all the difference. Join our supportive 10-week group programme based on the renowned Solihull Approach, designed to help parents and carers better understand their child's emotional health, wellbeing, behaviour, and development from toddlerhood through to the teenage years. Whether you are looking to strengthen your relationship with your child, gain confidence in managing challenging behaviours, or simply learn more about how children grow and develop, this programme offers practical tools, insights, and a welcoming space to reflect and learn alongside other parents. What you'll explore: ✅ Understanding childhood development and emotional processing ✅ How children's feelings influence their behaviour ✅ Practical techniques to support emotional wellbeing ✅ Common parenting challenges including emotional regulation, sleep, toileting and friendships ✅ Reflecting on your child's wellbeing and your relationship with them ✅ Building stronger connections and more positive family relationships ✅ Growing your confidence as a parent or carer By the end of the programme, you will have a deeper understanding of your child's world and feel better equipped to support them to become confident, kind, emotionally aware and resilient young people.
