Join Your Partnerships for a special Charity Lunch in support of Children’s Hospice South West (CHSW) — bringing our business community together for an afternoon of connection, good food and fundraising for an important cause. 100% of the proceeds raised from this event will be donated to Children’s Hospice South West. With just 120 seats available, we’d love to fill the room with members, guests and businesses from across the community and raise as much as possible for CHSW. Your £50 ticket includes a two-course lunch, alongside networking, a presentation from Children’s Hospice South West and the opportunity to support the charity further through our silent auction and raffle. The Event Programme 11:00am – Guest Arrival & Open Networking Arrive, meet fellow guests and enjoy some relaxed networking before we sit down for the main event. 11:30am – Welcome & Children’s Hospice South West A welcome from the Founder of Your Partnerships, followed by a presentation from Children’s Hospice South West and an opportunity to hear more about the work your support will help make possible. Two-Course Charity Lunch Following the presentation, guests will sit down to enjoy a two-course lunch together. There will still be plenty of opportunity for conversation and connection around the tables throughout the afternoon. Silent Auction A carefully selected silent auction featuring just three to five prizes will run throughout the lunch. Rather than a large auction, we've deliberately kept this small, giving guests the opportunity to bid on a handful of special prizes while supporting Children’s Hospice South West. Charity Raffle We'll finish the afternoon with our charity raffle draw, bringing everyone together for the final activity of the day and another opportunity to raise funds for CHSW. The event will conclude at approximately 2:00pm. Tickets £50 per person There are 120 seats available for this special charity lunch. Most importantly: 100% of all proceeds raised from the event will be donated to Children’s Hospice South West.
