Outdoor Yoga at National Trust Trelissick

Begin your morning with exclusive early access to the gardens before they open to the public allowing for a tranquil and private start to your practice. As part of this experience, you’ll also enjoy complimentary entry to explore the stunning National Trust grounds. After class, take your time to unwind with a visit to the café or browse the gift shop to complete your morning. Our yoga session will take place on the Tennis Lawn, a flat, grassy space with breathtaking views of the sea and surrounding trees – an idyllic spot to move, breathe, and relax. The session will last one hour, including 45 minutes of gentle yoga movement followed by 15 minutes of meditation and relaxation. Please bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing suited to an outdoor practice. This event is open to ages 12 and above, and spaces are limited, so be sure to book early to secure your spot for this soul-soothing summer session. 30% off the money raised through ticket sales will be donated to the National Trust.
