South Kerrier Neighbourhood Practitioner Event

Making connections and sharing ideas across health, social and voluntary partners in South Kerrier to support the people in our communities Do you work in health, social, voluntary, community, social enterpirse or independent sector services which help to keep people well locally, in South Kerrier, ensuring that unless it is a medical emergency, or planned procedure, that people can avoid needing to go anywhere near a hospital? If yes, please join us at this workshop! There will be lots of future opportunities to be engaged in what we are doing, but this is our first workshop as part of the new national neighbourhood health programme. We know we have amazing people with valuable skills and experience in South Kerrier, but sometimes we're all so busy and caught up in our own bit of the system that we forget that there may be someone else out there better equipped to understand what is important to people, listen to them and support them to stay well with confidence. Come prepared to be interactive, as we map out what exists, understand each other better and identify how we can build a future which simplifies the right access, in the right place at the right time. Bring your history, but be prepared to think about how the future might need to look. The event agenda will be circulated at least 1 week in advance of the event. The workshop will start at 1.30pm but refreshments will be available from 1pm.
