THE NEXT CHAPTER is an online event to spark fresh ideas and help you take the next step in your journey. The life you built made sense when you built it. The job, the routine, the version of you that held it all together. And lately something’s started to pinch. You can’t quite name it. You just know you want something different, and you’ve been quietly carrying that around for a while. The Next Chapter is an in-person evening for women in exactly that place. It’s a small group of 6 to 10 women, so there’s room to actually talk. I’ll guide you through some gentle reflection and a bit of journalling, and you’ll share as much or as little as you like. Nobody’s put on the spot. What we’ll do • Look honestly at where you are right now: what’s working, what’s draining you, and what you’ve outgrown • Get clear on what you want to feel instead • Leave with one meaningful next step you’ll actually take Who it’s for Women who feel a bit stuck, have outgrown parts of their lives, or know they want a change but can’t work out what yet. You don’t need any experience of coaching. You just need to turn up. What to bring Just yourself. I’ll bring tea, notebooks, pens and a room where nobody needs to have it all figured out. About me I’m Jo Louise, a mindset and breathwork coach. I help women get unstuck by working with both the mind and the body. This evening is a chance to meet me, meet other women in a similar place, and see what this kind of work feels like.
