Men’s Health Unpacked

Mental Health and Wellbeing Workshop Join Healthy Cornwall and Redruth Library for the final of our free community workshops focused on mental health and wellbeing. Men’s Health Unpacked is a practical and supportive workshop, designed to help men better understand and take charge of their physical and mental wellbeing. It explores the beliefs and barriers that shape men’s health, offers clear guidance on key areas such as heart, prostate and testicular health, nutrition, alcohol, and physical activity, and encourages open conversations about mental health and self-care. Through reflection and practical tools, participants are empowered to build healthier, more sustainable habit. All are welcome to attend - it's not just for men. Please note that this workshop will need a minimum of 8 people to run. Contact details will be shared with Healthy Cornwall so that they can follow up with workshop information.
