Come and use Therapeutic Art to explore your inner world and reconnect with your creativity. Absolutely no artistic talent is necessary... it is all about the doing and not the final outcome. Embodied Drawing helps you to find shapes, patterns and rhythms to express and release stuck emotions and Process Painting encourages you to paint without agenda, follow your intuition and trust what comes up.
