You're tucked under a soft blanket with a warm hot water bottle, sinking into plush cushions, with a cup of herbal tea waiting. We'll begin by gently waking up your vagus nerve, your body's natural "off switch." With long slow exhales and soft releasing movements, we'll ease your nervous system out of busy mode and into rest, so your body feels safe and ready to let go. Then the Breathwork begins. A guided breathwork session to release the day, calm your mind and come home to yourself. No rushing, no to-do lists, and nothing expected of you. Just an evening that's all yours.
