Reiki is a gentle energy-based practice, and when combined with a sound bath it creates an extra layer of relaxation and calm. So you can get cosy, close your eyes, leave the outside world behind and simply switch off with the sounds, vibrations and Reiki. Unwind, recharge, and float away with soothing sounds. The airbeds taking the pressure off your joints and muscles ,so much comfier than a mat on the floor.All cosy wrapped in blankets ,drift away to a peaceful relaxing place , ready for a good nights sleep and recharging for the weekend. We provide : Airbed Cushion Blanket Eye mask Just bring yourself and wear something comfortable for the ultimate relaxation. While generally safe ,there are a few contradictions of SOUND BATHS .These include: First trimester of pregnancy Heart conditions (including pacemakers ) Metal plates/implants Severe mental health conditions Sound sensitivity Epilepsy Tinnitus REIKI is deemed generally safe with the exclusion of broken bones.If unsure of anything else please get medical advice for any other conditions.
