The Well Pop-up Cafe - 6th October 2026

Our Wellbeing Cafe runs twice a month. Take some time to connect in with a growing community and look after your MH and wellbeing. The Well Pop-up Sessions in York The Well in York is a carefully put together package providing people in York with a holistic way of improving their mental health and well-being through events, community and support. The lunch time pop-up sessions are a chance for you to pay more attention to your mental-health and wellbeing, to connect and join community, to reflect and relax and participate in activities that promote and facilitate all these things! Activities include: • Space and material to write and journal • Puzzles and jigsaws • Wellbeing exercises to aid self reflection • A friendly volunteer that provides space for you to talk and a listening ear • A guided group activity you can choose to participate in led by one of our team • Free lunch This event is free and we welcome anyone, no one will be turned away.
