Our 2nd York Women's Health Support Group is coming! A warm, judgement-free space to connect, share stories & build community. Voices for Women's Health, York, October Group 🌸 After the success of our first group, I am so excited to announce that our second Women's Health Support Group is coming to York, and we would love for you to be a part of it. The first group showed just how much this support is appreciated, and we are so grateful to everyone who came along and shared their stories. This is a safe, warm, and welcoming space created specifically for women living with reproductive health conditions such as endometriosis, PMOS (formerly known as PCOS), fibroids, and beyond. It is a place to connect, share your story, and build a network of like-minded women who are going through similar situations, so you can learn from one another and feel truly supported in whatever you may be going through. I know that navigating a reproductive health condition can feel isolating and overwhelming at times, and this group was created to remind you that you are not alone in your journey. Whether you are newly diagnosed, years into your journey, or perhaps navigating symptoms without a diagnosis and simply wanting to talk things through, you are welcome here. You do not need a label to walk through the door, your presence and your story are valued just as much. No judgement, no pressure, just a community of women showing up for each other. I believe that when women come together and share their stories, something truly powerful happens, and our community in York is already growing into something really special. Whether you joined us last time or are coming for the first time, come and be a part of it, take that step for yourself, and know that you do not have to navigate your health journey alone. It will be a drop in session, so please come and go as you wish. Afterwards there will be the opportunity to socialise with one another and further build our community.
