He spearheads the development and implementation of artificial intelligence algorithms aligned with CLP's business objectives and operational requirements. With extensive expertise in power systems, his experience spans the entire electricity supply chain, encompassing generation, transmission, and distribution networks. His comprehensive background includes managing engineering projects across transmission plants, cable systems, and overhead line infrastructure in both Hong Kong and Shenzhen. His expertise covers the complete project lifecycle, from initial design and construction through to commissioning, operations, and maintenance.
