Monday Night Sound Bath at Sacred Space

Join us at Sacred Space for a mellow Monday Night Sound Bath: Candles, calm, and deep relaxation from sound bowls. A Sensory Experience Designed to Settle Your Nervous System Start your work week with the intention of balance, nourishment, and to sustain joy and compassion. Join us for our Monday Night Sound Bath at Sacred Space, a safe place to come as you are. We’ll begin with a candle lighting intention ritual and circle using nature/angel cards. Then we'll gently settle into the night through a guided mindfulness meditation that leads into our sound bath using sound bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments to help your body release tension and your mind soften out of work mode. It's the kind of night your body has been asking for! Mental Health Awareness Month We want to help bring awareness to Mental Health Awareness month.
