一山一水 | 用酒的感受，畫出山與浪 活動介紹 Event information | 釀酒師 Melvin Li 帶你走進寧夏賀蘭山東麓的風土，揭開酒莊以小眾品種突圍的故事：Pinot Noir、Marselan、Malbec 三大核心品種，加上率先在寧夏開創的自然起泡 Pét-Nat。 Mountainwave Malbec 2020先後榮獲2021 WINE100金獎、2021年布魯塞爾國際酒類大獎賽金獎，被譽為“中國最好的馬爾貝克”。 最特別的是：喝到什麼就畫什麼。 每喝一款酒，就在畫布上畫一層：Pét-Nat 畫氣泡與晨霧，Pinot Noir 畫山脊，PMM 畫水浪，Malbec 畫夜色與山頂。有藝術導師引導，零繪畫基礎也能完成。 活動結束，你帶走的不只是四款酒的記憶與釀酒師的簽名，還有一幅自己創作的小畫。喝懂賀蘭山，畫出你的山與浪。 Winemaker Melvin Li takes you into Ningxia’s Helan Mountain East Foothills and the estate’s story of breaking through with lesser-known varieties—Pinot Noir, Marselan, Malbec—plus its pioneering natural sparkling Pét-Nat. Its Mountainwave Malbec 2020 won Gold at WINE100 2021 and Concours Mondial de Bruxelles 2021, and has been called “China’s best Malbec.” Taste it, then paint it: each wine adds a layer—Pét-Nat for bubbles and mist, Pinot Noir for ridges, PMM for waves, Malbec for night and peaks. With instructor guidance, no painting experience needed. You leave with four wines’ memories, the winemaker’s signature, and your own small painting.
