The Forest Listens

Forest bathing and aroma sound bath by the water. Slow down, breathe, and reset in nature. ​It's your time to slow down, breathe, connect and be Join Sacred Space Therapy and Wellness, Aliran Sound, and Oil Soul Good for this special collaboration in the fall. The Forest Listens is a gentle outdoor experience combining forest bathing with an aroma sound bath beside the calm waters of Upper Shing Mun. We’ll begin by slowing down and awakening the senses through the art of forest bathing. The mindful use of essential oils allows us to settle into a restorative sound bath surrounded by nature. This is an invitation to step away from busy schedules, reconnect with the natural world, and give yourself permission to pause, breathe, and simply be present. We Plant a Tree in your Name For every paid guest we plant a tree in their name. It's part of Sacred Space's Reconnect with Yourself, Reforest Mother Nature initiative. It's our small way of sharing gratiitude to those we connect with and with our Great Mother. Maximum 15 participants Standard ticket: HKD 555 per person Bring a buddy: HKD 399.50 per person (minimum purchase of 2) ​English-language experience. Suitable for ages 15 and above, with an adult accompanying anyone under 18. Please note that the route includes unpaved trails with roots and some incline, so reasonable physical fitness is required.
