Learn to make fermented sauerkraut, plus homemade fermented hot sauce, with cookbook author and fermentation educator Dr. Julia Skinner Learn to make fermented sauerkraut, plus homemade fermented hot sauce, with cookbook author and fermentation educator Dr. Julia Skinner. In this class, Julia will demonstrate how to make hot sauce (and will have a few samples of finished hot sauce to try!) As a group, we'll all learn how to make our own sauerkraut. Please bring a jar with you if you'd like to bring some of the sauerkraut home! All other materials provided.
