The Why of Yoga? Workshop

yoga has always been asking deeper questions. but don’t worry, we’re not spending three hours sitting in a circle discussing ancient texts. this is not a lecture ‼️ this is an opportunity to experience the why of yoga through practice. we’ll move, breathe, meditate and explore some of the ideas, stories and traditions that have shaped yoga along the way. expect hatha vinyasa, pranayama, moments of stillness, a little philosophy and hopefully a few ohhhh, so that’s why we do that moments. whether you’re curious about what prāṇa actually means, why we practise certain techniques, where the stories behind the poses come from, or simply want to explore yoga beyond the physical… come along 🌀🌀🌀 no prior knowledge of yoga philosophy required. no reading list. no essay at the end. just curiosity.
