From this place of stillness and and focus we will be able to allow creativity to flow without self-judgement. Whether through writing words or drawing, we will simply let the flow of creativity happen. Through this sense of creative freedom we will become more alive to the compassion and beauty around us and within us. Finally we will have a chance to look back and find the parts of our free expression that give a feeling of resonance. There will be some time to contemplate and develop these parts. Through the process of the workshop we will experience the healing power of movement, meditation and creativity. We will also gain insights into how combining these three practices amplifies their individual benefits, ultimately enlivening a sense of connection to our world and to ourselves.
