It's therefore with big joy that we announce an extra special session, with Round 36 focusing on one of OOF funding members and poster designer: Nicole DeLarge, the mastermind behind LIGHTER and her creative partner Shane Joye. Followed by a suprise music gig! Sun 27th Sep – 7pm – The Roundy - 5€ Entry Featuring a selection of Lighter produced music videos, followed by a conversation with the filmmakers. Over the last two years LIGHTER has definitely established itself as one of Cork's most interesting and inovative additions to the local music scene. The initiative founded and lead by filmmaker and graphic designer Nicole DeLarge combines event and band management and creative new media project, lightening up the scene in Cork. Lighter not only organises music gigs but also offers the artists marketing solutions from logos to posters, videoclips, and any other audiovisual content, as well as managing and promoting local bands. Shane Joyce is not only the astonishing cinematorgrapher behind Lighter's music videods, but also widely active shooting fiction and documentry content. All ticket sales will go to Camps Breakerz to support their incredibly ongoing mission of creating hope through hip-hop, dance and speech and support children in Gaza-Palestine. Ticket link in bio
