Whiskey by the Fire: An Evening with West Cork Whiskey Come in from the cold, pull up a chair and join us for a cosy evening of great Irish whiskey, stories and conversation. We're teaming up with Cathal O’Brien from West Cork Whiskey for a series of intimate tasting evenings, giving you the chance to slow things down and discover a selection of their whiskeys in one of our favourite settings. Settle in by the fire as you're guided through each whiskey, discovering the flavours, stories and craftsmanship behind every pour. This isn't intended to be a formal masterclass. It's a relaxed evening where you can enjoy some excellent Irish whiskey, learn a little along the way, ask questions and hopefully discover a new favourite. Whether you know your whiskey or you're completely new to it, you'll be very welcome. Your evening includes: A guided selection of West Cork Whiskeys Stories and tasting notes throughout the evening A relaxed and intimate tasting experience The Merchant, South Mall €20 per person Places will be limited to keep the evening intimate, so early booking is recommended.
