Autumn Equinox - Somatic Inquiry, Ritual & Dance

Through Somatic inquiry, Ritual and Dance - we will explore Body, Mind, Spirit connection with an intention to come to a still point. The meeting point is like a bridge between two shores of opposites: Inhale & exhale Contraction & Expansion ​ Through Somatic inquiry, ritual, and Dance, we will explore the body, mind, and spirit connection with an intention to arrive at a still point - a meeting point of ourselves. ​ I will be weaving a thread of a gentle Thomas Hanna Somatic sequence and creative explorations of movement that will help us slow down, release tension, and open a space to listen more deeply. ​ Slowing down will be a Ritual in itself. ​ Considering that this gathering will pass the Autumnal Equinox threshold, as we enter the darker days of everyday life, my invitation is to explore the dark soil of our body-psyche not from a space of rejection or fear, but rather from deep acceptance.
