Joining the panel alongside Mark Kirwan (Founder of FoodSight) are Conor Spacey (Culinary Director, FoodSpace) Katie Cantwell (Managing Director at KC Peaches) and Eoin Cluskey (Founder, Bread 41), three people who have built their careers on doing food better, alongside the team behind FoodSight.
