Hiking the ADHD - Adult Guided Walk

We invite ADHD adults to join our guided hike of the Sugar Loaf Loop, Co.Wicklow Join us to connect with nature and meet some ADHDers doing it :) Strictly 18+ please. This is 8km loop trail with a wonderful combination of a mountain and woodland trail. It is considered a moderately challenging route and takes an average of 3hours to complete. This is a very popular area for birding, hiking, and mountain biking, so you'll likely encounter other people while exploring Walkers should bring: Please wear comfortable walking shoes or trainers. A backpack should include a rain jacket, lunch and plenty of water. We have ordered beautiful weather :) The meeting point location and facilitator contact details will be sent in your email reminders closer to the date Please, be aware that any in-person group will be cancelled if there is only one attendee. GDPR: Your data will be stored in the ADHD Eventbrite Account; all communication will be processed via ADHD Ireland Eventbrite account. By registering for this event, you are agreeing to share your name and surname only with the in-person group facilitator for security purposes. This will allow safe registration process on the day of the in-person support group.
