A thread that, if we wish to explore it, can lead us back to a time when our ancestors gathered in sacred circle. Back to a time when our ancestors understood the power of women coming together to support each other, to share wisdom and to hold each other in the quiet moments when the deep healing happens. It is this vision that inspires my monthly Shamanic Women’s Circles. Our ancestors knew the medicine of Mother Earth. They understood the importance of meeting this medicine with deep gratitude, reverence and an open heart. My circles honour this wisdom, creating a space for women to explore, develop and nurture their own relationship with Earth medicine, while coming together to support, witness and hold one another. And through it all, one message remains: we were never meant to travel our paths alone. What to expect Each month we will gather around a central theme or collective energetic pattern, with each Circle unfolding through a different combination of practices. 🌀 Intuitively written and channelled meditation — created specifically for the energy and intention of each gathering. 🌀 Earth medicine — which may include tea ceremony, cacao, crystals, sound and other earth-based practices, varying from month to month depending on the energies we are working with. 🌀 Embodiment practices — movement, voice, creative expression and other ways of bringing our awareness back into the body. 🌀 Shamanic practices — including journeying, drumming and rattling. And always, space to share, to listen or to simply be. Sometimes we want to just show up and allow our selves to be held in the magic of the Circle. However you wish to show up, you will be honoured, welcomed and held. September Circle — The Sacred Waters of Tara For our September Circle, we will connect with the healing waters of the sacred wells of Tara, honouring these waters as medicine for body, mind and soul. An invitation to connect deeply with: Water as healing. Water as ancestral remembering. Water as an invitation to fill your own cup. There is nothing you need to know, prepare or bring to the Circle. You do not need any previous experience of meditation, shamanic practices or Women’s Circles. Simply come as you are.
