Stories Through Song

A Concert Hosted by SAOL Sisters and Friends Join us in the Abbey Presbyterian Church for an inspiring night of music and connection., while fundraising for a unique and important service.. Devised through workshops in SAOL, facilitated by artist and educator Laura Thornton this concert will feature group and solo performances of well known songs with live musical accompaniment. The music will be interworven with poetry, story-telling and will feature speacial guest speakers including archivist Catriona Crowe. SAOL is a community project dedicated to improving the lives of women affected by addiction and poverty. We aim to empower women to embrace their identity, define their future, and create positive change in the world. All monies raised will be used to support the ongoing work of SAOL advocating for and supporting women who face severe and multiple disadvantage. Doors 18:45 Show 19 :15
