This 3-hour Masterclass is the first stop on The Art of Worship — a pilgrimage exploring devotion, worth, and embodied intimacy across Europe. At traditional English weddings, the groom would say: with my body I thee worship. Not metaphor — a literal statement. I see your worth, and I will honour it with everything I have. This Masterclass is an invitation back into that truth. Worship shares its root with worth. Somewhere along the way it became about pedestals — placing something far above us. This space returns to what it actually means: I recognise your dignity. I see your value. I respond accordingly. Open to complete beginners and experienced practitioners alike, we'll root in safety and presence, then move into partnered practices — including eye-gazing and conscious touch — that open the body and heart to sensuality, devotion, and aliveness. Everything here is consent-led; you are always the author of your own yes, no, and maybe. We deflect the compliment, rush to give something back, brace for extraction instead of trusting we can be met without conditions attached. Rumi wrote: "Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it." Many of those barriers live exactly here — in our capacity to simply receive. For couples, this is also a chance to meet each other freshly — to renew what may have gone quiet, and rediscover the person you first fell for.
