The Clara Rose Band (DTB Live Blues & Dancing)

Downtown Blues are excited to celebrate our 13th Anniversary! For 13 amazing years On Friday 13th November, The Clara Rose Band joins us for this special night. She’s one of our all-time favourites, and she’s back with her powerful voice and incredible stage presence for an evening you won’t forget. Clara Rose is a vocalist, performer and songwriter. Having recently independently released her third new live album, 'Live, LIVE, Love' to critical acclaim, Clara has graced national and international stages with her original folk, roots and powerhouse blues music. In 2022 Clara curated a theatre show with her 10 piece band wowing audiences in The Garage Theatre (Monaghan) and Townhall Cavan. Clara was also in the stage show, 'Ladies in the Blues' playing hit shows at Cork Jazz Festival and Glastonbury as well as nationwide tours. "When it comes to female musicians, sometimes people focus on their looks and vocal prowess more than their instrumental skills, but Clara Rose delivers on all fronts... Her vibe is one part whiskey, one part roses, and one part Gaelic grit." (Blues Blast Magazine). Please note there will be a limited amount of seating as the majority of seating will be cleared for dancing. As part of our DTB Live Blues & Dancing series, this night promises live Blues, social dancing, and a friendly, welcoming vibe. Celebrate with us, dance the Blues, and here’s to many more years of Blues dancing! Find out more on: https://www.downtownbluesdublin.com/
