Join us at Cherrywood Educate Together for a nourishing morning of movement, cacao, breathwork, healing, reflection and connection. This is your space to step away from the noise of everyday life, come back into your body and reconnect with yourself before stepping into the week ahead. Through a carefully guided combination of practices, you’ll be supported to regulate your nervous system, release what you’ve been carrying and reconnect with your own energy, intuition and inner wisdom. It gives us the freedom to go deeper into the practices, create a warm and comfortable environment and make Embodied Sunday Reset something you can return to throughout the year. Think of it as your regular opportunity to pause, reset and come back to yourself. Everything will be gently guided and suitable for complete beginners as well as those with an established practice. Come exactly as you are.
