A fun sociable afternoon for women who want to have fun and build confidence, while making new friends. Welcome to a vibrant community created just for women who are ready to connect, explore, and thrive together as friends! This group is all about bringing solo women together in a fun, and welcoming space where new friendships are formed and fresh experiences await. About this event: This event is for women looking for a great way to strike up new friendships through a fun shared experience. Come solo or bring your friends. We'll kick off the event with a delicious matcha at Shoe Lane Coffee and then take a nice stroll to warm up for our fun self defence class with Jaye and her assistant Aaron. Jaye is a black belt Taekwon-Do instructor. Who is also an accomplished international competitor with an impressive collection of medals to her name. Her assitant Aaron, is equally impressive. Most recently taking home numerous golds back to back. With these two powerhouses. You'll learn practical self defence and what to do in sticky situations. This event focuses on fun, confidence and female empowerment. And the perfect excuse to get out, try something new and meet other women who are up for a fun afternoon, while learning something new. Ticket includes: • Delicious Matcha Drink • Self Defence Class (Indoors) • A fantastic and fun afternoon What to bring/wear: • Wear active clothing • Light rain jacket (Irish weather) - for the stroll • Water bottle Important information: Minimum age to attend is 23.
