Remote & Hybrid Worker Meet-up: Sauna + Social

Our Fourth meet up is upon us and as per the request from the last one we've booked Sweatmongrel Sauna for a session on Parkmore Pier Meet-up number four for Grow Remote Kinvara, and this one's a bit different: we're doing a sauna. We've a private session booked with Ian in Sweatmongrel Sauna out on Parkmore Pier in Doorus, 6pm to 7pm. Bring a towel and swimming togs, and be ready for a dip in the sea if you're brave enough. After that, anyone who fancies it can head to the Travellers Inn for a well-earned pint and a chat. My name is Karen and I'm the Local Leader volunteer with Grow Remote. I've worked from home for over 20 years, so I know how small your work world can get when your whole team lives inside a laptop. These meet-ups are about closing that gap, meeting the people working remotely a few miles down the road from you, and feeling a bit more connected to the place you actually live. We've had three meet-ups so far and they've gone really well. There'll be a few familiar faces and new people are always welcome, so if this is your first one, you'll be grand.
