Sound Bath by Candlelight in Galway

A relaxing sound bath evening. 90 minutes to slow down, unwind and enjoy some time for yourself. If you're looking for a peaceful way to spend your Saturday evening, this candlelit sound bath in Galway is a chance to step away from the demands of everyday life, switch off and unwind and enjoy a little time for yourself. What to expect We'll begin with a short guided body scan meditation to help you settle in. You'll then be immersed in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, delicate chimes and other instruments carefully chosen to create a deeply relaxing sound journey.
