Massage of the 5 Continents - Practitioner Training

Become a certified M5C Practitioner with 2 days of hands-on training, personalised guidance and a unique holistic massage technique. Massage of the 5 Continents is a whole-body treatment bringing together five massage techniques inspired by traditions from around the world, a carefully selected blend of essential oils and energy work, creating one unique experience for body, mind and senses. This 2-day practical hands-on training is designed for qualified massage therapists who want to expand their skills, add something genuinely different to their business and bring a deeply relaxing, sensory experience to their clients. During the two days you will: • Learn the complete Massage of the 5 Continents protocol • Practise the techniques hands-on with personalised guidance • Learn how the specific oils and energetic elements are incorporated into the treatment • Develop the confidence to offer M5C professionally to your own clients • Train in a small group, limited to 6 participants • Receive your Massage of the 5 Continents Practitioner Diploma upon successful completion of the training Training dates: 10–11 October 2026 Times: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM both days Location: ND Wellbeing & School of Holistics, Carlow Course investment: €540 Reserve your place: €50, deducted from the €540 course fee. Entry requirement: A massage qualification and knowledge of Anatomy & Physiology are required. Reiki knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
