Join Shauna Rose every Wednesday at 7AM for sunrise Pilates at The Trough, followed by coffee. Join Shauna Rose every Wednesday at 7:00AM for a rejuvenating yoga session at The Trough. Whether you're looking to energise before work or simply carve out an hour for yourself, this midweek class is the perfect way to move, reset, and start your day with intention. As the morning sun streams through our large bay windows, enjoy a calming practice in our beautiful space. Yoga mats are provided, so all you need to bring is yourself. After class, stay and unwind with a complimentary coffee and enjoy a moment to connect, relax, or simply ease into the rest of your day. Please note: This class is suitable for all levels. Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the session begins to get settled. If you have any injuries, medical conditions, or are pregnant, we recommend speaking with Shauna before the class so suitable modifications can be provided. Please bring a bottle of water and wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in. Important – Medical Form For the health and safety of all participants, a medical and health declaration form must be completed before attending the session. Please ensure the medical form is completed fully and accurately prior to taking part. This allows the instructor to be made aware of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, medications or other health considerations that may affect your participation in breathwork. Participants who have not completed the required medical form will not be permitted to take part in the session.
