Each meeting includes prepared speeches, impromptu speaking sessions, and leadership roles all designed to help you unlock your voice and grow week after week. What You’ll Experience as a Guest • Watch an engaging public speaking event in English • Present yourself, work on your fluency, clarity, and confidence • Discover the Toastmasters method of learning-by-doing • Experience supportive and professional feedback • Meet people from Italy and around the world • Enjoy a friendly, motivating, growth-oriented environment • Participate in Table Topics if you want (optional) What You’ll Experience as a Member • Deliver prepared speeches to develop your communication style • Take on leadership roles that train time management, coordination, and teamwork • Receive structured evaluations to improve each time • Follow your personal learning path (communication or leadership) • Grow your presence, critical thinking, and stage confidence • Become part of a consistent, international community How the Meeting Works First Hour – Speeches & Leadership • Opening of the meeting • Introduction of roles (Toastmaster of the Evening, Timer, Evaluator, Grammarian…) • Prepared speeches (4–7 minutes each) • Leadership roles operating during the session Second Hour – Impromptu Speaking & Evaluations • Table Topics: impromptu speaking session open to guests • Break (10 minutes) • Speech evaluations • Leadership feedback • Closing remarks This structure allows both guests and members to experience real progress in public speaking, English communication, and leadership.
