Physis

What if you could taste a painting? Nature becomes art. Art becomes food. An exhibition where nature moves from canvas to plate. Physis is the Greek word for nature: what we come from, what nourishes us, and what we create with. Bringing together art and food, Physis explores the connections between nature, creativity, and nourishment through a sensory experience. In an exhibition by Valentina, natural materials become part of the paintings themselves. Those same elements find their way onto the plate through a series of creative bites prepared by Dimitra, using foraged plants, herbs, and ingredients inspired by the artworks. From canvas to plate, Physis invites you to discover familiar elements in unexpected ways, exploring the relationship between what we see, what we taste, and the natural world around us.
