Verrete catapultati nel cuore del Medioevo: camerieri in abiti d’epoca serviranno le pietanze su grosse portantine di legno e la tavolata sarà decorata con stoviglie in terracotta e posate di legno, come era d’uso nel XV secolo. Ogni piatto sarà introdotto dal Gran Siniscalco che ne spiegherà l’origine e allieterà i commensali con curiosità sugli antichi usi e costumi.
