An intimate yoga & releasing experience inside a private art studio in the heart of Florence. Join for movement, art, presence & connection. ABOUT THIS EVENT A Sunday morning where movement, art and presence meet. For one morning, a private art & painting studio in the heart of Florence opens its doors to bring us together. Surrounded by paintings and the atmosphere of a working artist’s space, we’ll move through a fluid yoga & releasing practice inspired by transition: from summer into autumn, from holding on to letting go, from movement back to presence. Body of Water is more than a yoga class. It’s an invitation to experience movement in an unexpected space, where body, art and season come together. No previous yoga experience is required. The practice is open level. Move. Release. Return to presence. THE EXPERIENCE Yoga & Releasing Practice · 60 min A fluid, open-level practice weaving together movement, breath, grounding and stillness. Inspired by water and its ability to move, adapt and change shape, we’ll explore our own capacity to soften, release and create space for what comes next. Slow Gathering · after the practice When the practice ends, there’s no need to rush away. Stay for a while, connect with the people around you, discover the studio and share a slow Sunday moment together. THE SPACE Not a yoga studio. An artist’s studio. Body of Water takes place inside a private art & painting studio in central Florence, normally dedicated to artistic creation. For one morning, we’ll inhabit it differently: moving and breathing among paintings, works in progress and traces of the creative process. The location is an intentional part of the experience - an intimate setting where movement and creativity can meet. With only a few places available, the gathering is designed to remain personal, spacious and connected. WHEN & WHERE Sunday, September 27 11:00 AM Private Art & Painting Studio Central Florence, Via Maggio (Santo Spirito) Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle into the space. We’ll begin together at 11:00 AM. To preserve the intimate nature of the studio, the exact address and arrival details will be sent by email after registration. WHAT TO BRING Bring your own yoga mat and comfortable clothes you can move in. Everything else will be shared with you once we’re together.
