Si decide nelle analisi preliminari, nel modo in cui le persone vengono coinvolte, nelle verifiche che correggono È il processo a stabilire se l'accessibilità diventi una qualità verificabile o resti un'affermazione di principio. A questo tema l'Associazione Design for All Italia dedica la propria giornata, che nel 2026 si tiene a Firenze, all'Innovation Center.
