Hike + Yoga in Canzo A Sunday Outside the City

We’ll meet in Milan and travel together to Canzo, then start our hike towards Prim’Alpe, where we’ll roll out our mats surrounded by nature. Our yoga practice will be part of the journey — a moment to reconnect with our bodies, feel the ground underneath us and become a little more present with what’s around us. From there, we’ll continue through the Sentiero dello Spirito del Bosco, a special forest trail connecting Prim’Alpe and Terz’Alpe, before arriving at Terz’Alpe for lunch together. No rushing back. No complicated plans. Just a day to walk, move, breathe, eat and spend some time outside together. Come alone — as always, most people do. 💚 THE PLAN 08:50 — Meet at Milano Cadorna 09:09 — Train to Canzo 🚆 10:42 — Arrive in Canzo 10:45 — Start our hike 🌿 11:35 — Arrive at Prim’Alpe 11:45 — Yoga in nature 🧘 12:30 — Continue through Spirito del Bosco 13:15 — Lunch together at Terz’Alpe 🍝 14:45 — Walk back towards Canzo 16:20 — Train back to Milan 17:53 — Back at Milano Cadorna Times may shift slightly during the day — we’re in nature after all. :) WHAT TO BRING Yoga mat, comfortable hiking shoes, water, a layer for changing weather and anything else you might need for a day outdoors. You don’t need hiking experience, but please keep in mind that this is a real hike with uphill sections and uneven forest paths, so come prepared to walk for a few hours. TICKET €15 per person Includes the YOUVA outdoor yoga session + Hike & Yoga community experience. Train tickets and lunch at Terz’Alpe are not included. Everyone can order and pay for their own food/drinks at lunch. A LITTLE NOTE 🌿 Maybe grounding doesn’t always mean staying still. Sometimes it’s feeling your feet on the earth. Sometimes it’s moving your body. Sometimes it’s getting out of the city. And sometimes it’s finding yourself around a table with people you didn’t know that morning. Maybe sometimes, we find our roots while moving. See you in Canzo. 💚 A FEW IMPORTANT NOTES 🌿 This is a community Hike + Yoga day, not a professionally guided hiking tour. We’ll follow the planned route and experience the day together as a group. By signing up, you acknowledge that hiking and outdoor activities involve inherent risks and that you are responsible for your own health, safety and personal belongings throughout the day. Please make sure you feel comfortable with the walking distance and terrain, wear appropriate shoes and clothing, and bring enough water. The route, schedule or activities may be adjusted if necessary due to weather, trail conditions or other circumstances outside our control. Yoga will be an all-level outdoor practice. Please listen to your body and feel free to modify or skip anything that doesn’t feel right for you. We may take photos and short videos during the day to share moments from the event on YOUVA’s social media and website.
