Whether you're a Pilates regular or simply looking to try something new, this is a lovely opportunity to move your body, meet new people and enjoy a little wellness moment together. What to expect 🧘‍♀️ Get ready for a full-body, low-impact flow inspired by the Pilates method. Move to upbeat music while working on your strength, toning and posture, with a focus on legs, glutes, abs and arms, plus targeted stretches to improve mobility. The class may incorporate resistance bands, Pilates balls, rings or light weights. No need to worry about having it all figured out — just come ready to move and have fun! If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to a friend, provided you notify us at least 24 hours before the event. In the unlikely event that the event must be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or the minimum number of participants is not met, all payments will be fully refunded.
