S_03 - Get a taste for speed Whether you’re training for a race or just looking to add some speed to your week, Track Works offers the possibility to follow a coach led group training session at the at the cost of 10€. The Coach has ample experience both training athletes and competing in races. Objectives are • improving running form • interval training • speed work • All running levels are welcome to join the group. Please note that track entry is to be paid extra on site. Sessions every Tuesday 7:00 pm Meeting time 7:15 pm Warm up 7:30 pm Start time Campo Sportivo XXV Aprile - Via Cimabue 24 Lockers & showers on site - Just remember to bring a lock Build up that engine & chase your PB For any questions write in the Whatsapp group chat (link at Intagram Bio) or write to [email protected]
