Il Rome War Cemetery della CWGC è il luogo di sepoltura di 426 caduti del Commonwealth della Seconda Guerra Mondiale. Scopri le sue nuove componenti architettoniche, la sua eccellenza orticola e il suo patrimonio di memoria. Orario open day: dalle 10:00 alle 17:00. Le visite guidate si terranno alle 11:00 e alle 14:30. Il punto di incontro sarà all'ingresso del cimitero in Via Nicola Zabaglia. Si prega di prenotarsi online. In keeping with the theme of the 2026 European Heritage Days, “Heritage at Risk: Revive, Resist, Reimagine”, Rome War Cemetery at Testaccio will host an Open Day on Saturday 26 September, with free guided tours showcasing its historic renewal project, focused on architecture and sustainability, which was completed in 2025. Rome War Cemetery is the final resting place of 426 Commonwealth servicemen and women of the Second World War. Discover its new architectural features, outstanding horticulture, and commemorative heritage. Open Day opening hours: 10:00am to 5:00pm Guided tours: 11:00am and 2:30pm Meeting point: Cemetery entrance, Via Nicola Zabaglia, Rome. Please book your place online.
