Separation Drip, an innovative coffee brewing method developed in Korea. On September 24th from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., Costadoro Social Coffee hosts an exclusive workshop dedicated to innovation, sustainability, and the new frontiers of coffee extraction. In this special session, experts will introduce the Separation Drip, an innovative coffee brewing method developed in Korea. The core concept relies on separating the extraction process into distinct stages—a unique approach designed to reduce excessive bitterness, astringency, and unpleasant roasted notes while highlighting the coffee's most prized characteristics: aroma, sweetness, acidity, balance, and clarity. What participants will experience during the workshop: • LEARN: Separation Drip & Korean Coffee Culture (20 min) • Presentation of the Separation Drip concept and philosophy. 2. BREW: Live Demonstration & Hands-on Experience (20 min) • Live Separation Drip brewing process using specialty coffee. • Interactive session: 3 audience members will be invited to try the brewing technique firsthand. 3. TASTE & TALK: Tasting, Q&A & Group Photo (20 min) • Tasting: Sampling of the Separation Drip coffee concentrate (espresso style) and hot Separation Drip coffee. • Open Q&A and discussion session. • Workshop wrap-up and group photo. • Overview of modern Korean coffee culture and the K-Coffee movement.
