Pilates & Postcards Social

As the year slowly comes to an end, I always like to take a little time to slow down and reflect on the months gone by. Life gets busy, and sometimes we're so caught up in what's next that we forget to appreciate how far we've come and all the little moments along the way. 💌 Join me for Dear Future Me, a cosy Saturday afternoon starting with 45 minutes of mat Pilates. We'll move through a feel-good, full-body flow, focusing on building strength, improving mobility and reconnecting with our bodies. Whether you're completely new to Pilates or have been practising for years, everyone is welcome! After class, we'll slow things down with a little postcard-writing session to our future selves and get creative with some cute stationery. I'll keep and send your postcard back to you in January 2027, as a little surprise from your past self to start the new year 👑 Event details Saturday, November 14, 2026 1:00–2:30 PM Location: Serenity Flow Yoga Studio in Daikanyama Limited to 9 spots 🎟 ¥3,000 per person (I'll be collecting cash in-person) What to bring: Yourself, good vibes and a water bottle. All postcard materials and domestic postage within Japan are included. Can't wait to move, create and spend a lovely afternoon together! ♡
