Our 4-part Birth Preparation Series combines expert-led theory with practical, hands-on preparation to help you feel informed and confident for labour, birth, breastfeeding, and newborn care. What you’ll cover:• Labour, birth & delivery• Vaginal & caesarean birth preparation• Comfort measures & pain management• Prenatal exercises & warning signs• Postnatal recovery• Breastfeeding & newborn care Series Schedule💻 Class 1 – Foundation | 8th Oct | 7:00–8:20 PM | Virtual🤰🏽 Class 2 – Core Principles & Practices | 17th Oct | 9:30 AM–1:00 PM | In Person – Malaica Community Space💻 Class 3 – Postnatal Recovery | 22nd Oct | 7:00–8:20 PM | Virtual👶🏽 Class 4 – Breastfeeding & Newborn Care | 31st Oct | 9:30 AM–1:30 PM | In Person – Malaica Community Space Two virtual sessions plus two in-person sessions. All four classes are part of one complete series. Separate invites and links will be sent for each class.
