Move With Malaica - Power Flow (Community Yoga Class)

Power Flow for Women 🧘‍♀️ Move with Malaica is back! Join the Malaica Community for an energising yoga flow that connects breath and movement to build strength, improve flexibility and balance, and unwind together. Expect flowing sequences, a little challenge, and a relaxing finish. Who is the session for Beginners are welcome, with options to adapt the practice to your level. The session is suitable for expectant mums and women at least 4 months postpartum with an uncomplicated recovery. What to bring 👕 Wear clothes you can comfortably move in - we practice barefoot or in socks 💧 Carry a bottle of water 🧘🏻‍♀️ Bring your yoga mat if you have one By attending this event, you consent to Malaica taking photos and videos that may be used on its website and social media.
