Prenatal Yoga

The goal isn’t to touch your toes. It’s to feel stronger, move better, and prepare your body for birth. This prenatal yoga session combines pregnancy safe movement, gentle stretches, and mindful breathing to help you improve posture, flexibility, balance, and core strength while easing common discomforts like back pain, hip pain, pelvic pressure, and muscle tension. You’ll also practice simple relaxation techniques that can help reduce stress, improve sleep, and support you during labour. No yoga experience is needed. Just come as you are and leave with practical movements you can continue throughout your pregnancy.
