AMpowerment - A Two-Part Journey of Movement, Voice, Cacao & Sound

What if empowerment was never about becoming more powerful - but becoming clear enough to fully inhabit the power already within you? 4 facilitators · 2 sessions · 1 unfolding journey We are living through a time of extraordinary intensity. Information moves faster. Our attention is continually pulled outward. We are surrounded by more voices, more stimulation, more uncertainty and more demands on our energy. Amidst all this movement, it can become surprisingly difficult to hear one simple thing: ourselves. AMpowerment is a two-part experiential journey created around a different understanding of empowerment. Not power over another. Not power given to us. Not becoming louder, harder or more forceful. But the remembrance of I AM - and the capacity to inhabit ourselves more fully. To become clearer in the body. Clearer in our expression. Clearer in what we choose to carry. Clearer in what we allow to move through us. So that we can meet life with greater presence - open without becoming overwhelmed, sensitive without becoming destabilised, grounded without becoming rigid, and radiant without needing to perform our light. This is AMpowerment. WHO IS THIS FOR? AMpowerment is for anyone curious about exploring their relationship with body, expression, presence and self-awareness through experiential practice. You do not need experience in movement, singing, meditation, cacao ceremony or sound work. You do not need to consider yourself “spiritual”. You do not need to arrive knowing what you want to release, change or discover. Curiosity is enough. Come as you are. FOUR FACILITATORS. TWO SESSIONS. ONE JOURNEY. Explore boundaries, emotion, movement and voice - and create space for greater clarity. CLEAR → MOVE → BREATHE → EXPRESS Session One prepares the vessel. SESSION TWO - 4.15pm to 6.45pm OPENING THE CHANNEL Cacao & Sound with Omsira Barry + Jane Tor Move from expression into receptivity.
