Full description from organizer

Change is hard, and AI makes it harder. Learn how to bring your team along and lead them through AI with confidence. This in-person event is for leaders navigating change in the age of AI. Leading Change in the Age of AI brings together the human and practical sides of this transition. The event gives leaders a chance to explore how to lead their people through change while gaining a clearer understanding of what effective leadership in an AI-enabled workplace looks like. The first session, led by Kenneth Kwan, focuses on how leaders can help people navigate change effectively. Through Small Steps To Big Changes®, participants will explore how practical shifts in thinking and behaviour can build greater readiness and help people move forward with change. The second session, led by Andrew Chow, takes participants into the practical realities of AI in the workplace. Through a live demonstration and hands-on exercise, participants will see how AI can act as a thinking partner on a real business problem, experiment with it themselves and assess where their own team currently stands. Together, the sessions connect the two sides of leading change in the age of AI: helping people navigate change while giving leaders the insights to take action with AI. Why Should You Attend? • Learn how to bring your people through change — Explore approaches to building readiness and helping your team adapt as AI changes the way work gets done. • Experience AI on a real business challenge — See a live demonstration of AI as a thinking partner, then use it yourself with a work challenge that matters to you. • Leave with a clearer next step — Gain a better understanding of where your team stands and identify practical actions you can take after the session. KEY TAKEAWAYS: • A clearer view of your team’s readiness for change and AI — Understand where your team stands today and where the key gaps may be. • Practical ways to help people navigate change — Learn how small shifts in thinking and behaviour can build greater readiness . • A practical method for using AI as a thinking partner — Apply AI to decisions, plans and workplace challenges. • A better understanding of what responsible AI adoption requires — Consider the people, processes and guardrails needed as AI becomes part of everyday work. • Clear next steps to take back to your team — Identify practical actions you can take to lead change and move forward with AI. Audience: Managers, Heads of Departments and Senior Leaders. This approach is used by thousands of people working in multinational corporations, governments and non-profit organisations, to create sustainable change conversations that deliver results.
